Is the estimate a firm price?
No. The estimate is a range worked out from your answers. Once you send photos, we review them and email a firm offer.
How is the estimate worked out?
We start from the kind of car, its age and its mileage, then adjust for the condition you describe.
What do you need from me?
The year, make and model or the VIN, and your answers to a short set of condition questions. For a firm offer we also need your contact details and six photos.
How long does it take?
The questions take about five minutes. We usually send a firm offer within one business day of receiving your photos.
What if I still owe money on the car, or cannot find the title?
Tell us in the questionnaire. We go over the payoff or the paperwork with you by phone before anything is final.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. You accept or decline from the link in the email, and the offer shows the date it stays open until.
Where do you buy cars?
